• The full amount paid will be refunded if the appointment is canceled 4 hours or more before the scheduled time.
• Money for missed appointments due to the patient’s absence is not refundable and is not rescheduled for another time.

• The amount paid (or part of the amount) will not be refunded if the patient does not use the entire package within the stipulated period
